Serviva GmbH was founded in 2006 by experienced specialists in the field of intellectual property and industrial property rights. Today it is represented in Germany with around 45 employees at four locations in Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich and Vienna. With its software products and a comprehensive range of services, Serviva GmbH supports large corporations as well as small and medium-sized clients in accurately assessing the value of their respective intellectual property and developing customised IP strategies for effective and sustainable IP management.

As an IP Management/Administration Project Manager, you will be part of a team that deals with the support of our customers, the maintenance of customer systems and their content as well as communication with and support for customers. The IP management software predominantly used for this is the ‘Patricia’® system from the Swedish manufacturer Patrix®, which is distributed exclusively by Serviva in German-speaking countries.
Your area of responsibility includes
In order to be able to fulfil this responsible task, you will have already gained extensive experience in dealing with IP management products as a user and/or SuperUser from your previous work. Experience with ‘Patricia’® is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. A degree or completed specialised training is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
You enjoy working quickly and accurately and using your expertise to help others to do their work better and to satisfy them with your excellent support. Ideally, you are familiar with the basics of intellectual property law or have previous experience in a company, patent law firm or law firm specialising in intellectual property law.
We expect you to have a quick grasp of software systems, a high degree of independence and an independent, results-orientated way of working. You will also be characterised by your ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and reliability. Good German and English skills are a matter of course for you.

It goes without saying that you will receive comprehensive induction training in your field of work. Once you have successfully completed your induction, it is conceivable that you will be able to work from home. Further training is desired and actively encouraged by Serviva GmbH.
